Games Global and AreaVegas Games reignite the flames in Area Link™ Phoenix Firestorm

27 May, 2025 - Games Global’s exclusive studio AreaVegas Games turns up the heat with the launch of Area Link™ Phoenix Firestorm, the scorching sequel to its breakout debut. Building upon the original’s success, this latest instalment introduces two new collectible eggs, an evolved feature set, and the all-new Phoenix Firestorm, delivering even more explosive gameplay and win potential.

Soaring back into the jewel-filled skies, players will encounter six bright Phoenix Fireballs, each linked to unique upgrade paths.

The iconic Area Link™ feature returns with a twist; when triggered by one or more fireballs, it collects orbs into coloured eggs above the reels. Once activated, all fireballs lock into place and award three respins.

With prizes ranging from cash to jackpots and a Grand Jackpot of 50,000x awarded for filling every reel position, the game’s payout ceiling matches its visual intensity.

The title’s crown jewel is the Phoenix Firestorm feature, which transforms the yellow fireball into the phoenix fireball, unlocking an Area Link™ feature infused with random upgrades for amplified win potential.

Each coloured fireball introduces its own dynamic modifier. The orange phoenix adds multipliers of 2x,3x or 4x to all yellow fireballs, whilst the red phoenix collects all prizes and converts to a yellow fireball thereafter.

The green phoenix supercharges prizes with random boosts on each spin and the blue phoenix enhances the yellow fireballs’ value.

If a magenta phoenix is present, the feature duplicates, awarding a second Area Link™ grid for double the chance of landing upgrades and winning combinations.

Players can also experience multiple upgrades simultaneously if more than one coloured phoenix is unlocked on the same spin.
