Jude Lillico

Q: What are you most looking forward to in the Trainee Programme?

A: I’m most looking forward to learning as much as I can from professionals and getting to work with some top studios in the industry.

Q: Can you share a bit about your background?

A: I studied Business Management and Psychology, and I’m hoping to use my understanding of psychology to bring valuable insights to my work and offer a unique perspective.

Q: What excites you about joining Games Global?

A: Having a programme like this at Games Global is such an amazing opportunity. I’m excited by the prospect of working with studios and other team members all over the world—and, of course, the opportunity to travel!

Q: Any fun facts or personal interests?

A: I’m a naturally competitive and sporty guy! I love all things sports, gym, and staying healthy. I also love to travel and experience new places and food.

Robert Perry

Q: What are you most looking forward to in the Trainee Programme?

A: I am looking forward to the knowledge and experience I will gain through my peers and colleagues.

Q: Can you share a bit about your background?

A: I graduated with a degree in Business Management and Enterprise. Outside of work, I also manage a football team here in Malta.

Q: What excites you about joining Games Global?

A: The opportunities available at Games Global are definitely one of the main aspects that excite me.

Q: Any personal goals for the programme?

A: My goal is to excel at my new job and gain as much experience as possible.

Henri Perry

Q: What are you most looking forward to in the Trainee Programme?

A: I'm really looking forward to deepening my understanding of the iGaming industry and discovering where I fit within its ecosystem.

Q: Can you share a bit about your background?

A: I bring nearly five years of experience in the service industry, including two years in managerial roles at both McDonald's and a golf club. Last year, I earned my ICA Certificate in Compliance, which sparked my interest in this industry and ultimately led me here.

Q: What excites you about joining Games Global?

A: The innovation, the games, and the fast-paced environment of the industry—I'm excited to be part of such a dynamic team.

Lucy Canipa

Q: What are you most looking forward to in the Trainee Programme?

A: I'm excited to embark on this new adventure, engaging in vibrant conversations and continuously learning throughout the 12-month programme.

Q: Can you share a bit about your background?

A: Before joining Games Global, I worked exclusively in the finance sector. I joined the company seeking a new and exciting challenge, and Games Global has certainly delivered!

Q: What excites you about joining Games Global?

A: I love the culture here—it encourages creativity, collaboration, and innovation. The opportunities for growth and development are endless, and there's always something exciting happening!

Q: Any fun facts or personal interests?

A: I have a passion for travelling and exploring new places, so this role’s chance to travel and interact with colleagues worldwide is a perfect fit! My main goal for the programme is to seize every opportunity to learn and develop.

Karolina Tykhonchuk

Q: What are you most looking forward to in the Trainee Programme?

A: I’m excited to gain hands-on experience in iGaming, develop my negotiation and analytical skills, and learn how partnerships drive business growth.

Q: Can you share a bit about your background?

A: I’m studying Business and Management at the Swiss School of Business and Management Geneva. I’ve worked as an Assistant Manager at Fort Fitness, handling team coordination, customer service, and operations, as well as a Social Media Marketing Manager, where I developed engagement strategies. These roles have strengthened my communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Q: What excites you about joining Games Global?

A: Games Global is a leader in iGaming, and I’m thrilled to be part of such a fast-growing and innovative company. The trainee programme offers a great opportunity to develop key skills, work on real business challenges, and grow within the industry. My goal for the programme is to develop strong industry knowledge, sharpen my communication skills, and become a valuable part of the team.

Q: Any fun facts or personal interests?

A: I love staying active and challenging myself—I recently started kickboxing, which has been a great way to build discipline and resilience. I also enjoy working out and reading psychology books, as I’m fascinated by human behavior and decision-making.
