Why are we launching an internship programme in Estonia?

Estonia has emerged as a global tech hub, renowned for its innovation and digital advancement. To ensure we have the very best team in place to help us rewrite the rules of the game, while reinforcing our commitment to nurturing the future talent of gaming, we’re extending our existing graduate programme that worked so well in South Africa to benefit those in Estonia.

Our new approach, coined 'Glocal', tailors our globally successful programme to the unique dynamics of Estonia's buzzing tech industry, working to bring real-world, industry-specific experience to the next generation gaming superstars.

What does the internship programme entail?

This intensive, 12-week full-time programme is so much more than a temporary job—it's a launchpad into the gaming industry.

Positioned in the heart of the Estonian tech scene, interns will join our team on a fixed-term contract from September to November, where they will learn from the brightest minds in the industry. Throughout their journey, they will gain valuable insight into software development, participating in hands-on projects to enhance their understanding and skillset. But what makes the programme all the more powerful is that each intern will have a real impact on our games and ultimately on our business – a win-win for all involved!

Of course, alongside that all important practical experience, the programme will provide a lot of training to back it up – the foundation upon which the budding coders can build their career.

The opportunity doesn't end there; a standout internship may segue into a permanent role for talented and passionate individuals, laying the foundation for a successful career in the gaming industry.
